Will you replace lost pieces?Updated 3 years ago

 

If your piece is lost within six months of the item being received, we're happy to offer a replacement piece at a discounted price.  To inquire about a replacement, fill out this form and select General Support in the drop-down menu. 

 

If you suspect your piece was lost in transit, please let our Care Team know as soon as possible
