We offer a six-month warranty on all gold fill, rose gold, and sterling silver jewelry. On solid gold pieces, we offer a three-year warranty. We are happy to recreate any piece that is under warranty that has broken, tarnished, or lost its shape.
We always do our best to get a replacement piece to you as soon as possible, but recreated pieces are still coming from a maker's hands and take time.
