We are happy to accept exchanges for any and all of our jewelry (yes–even personalized pieces!) within six months of receipt unless it is marked as a final sale.

US-based customers: 

Please use this link to Start Your Return and print a free return shipping label.  When your package is posted you will be issued store credit to purchase a new piece.

If your shipping address is the in U.S., you're eligible for ashipping label which you can download when you submit the form linked above. 

International customer & Etsy purchases:

Please use this link to Start Your Return and select Exchange in the drop-down menu.  When your package is received at our studio you will be issued store credit to purchase a new piece.

If your shipping address is in the U.S., you're eligible for a shipping label which you can download when you submit the form linked above.
