As long as it hasn’t been used yet, gift cards can be canceled and fully refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot refund partially used gift cards at this time. 

Are gift cards transferable?

Yup! All you have to do is forward the digital gift card via email to the recipient.

How can I check my gift card balance?

You will receive an initial email with the gift card balance. To check the remaining balance, enter your gift card code at checkout and it will automatically tell you how much is left on your card.

Do gift cards expire?

Nope! 

Can I purchase a physical gift card?

Our gift cards are always sent via email (either to the buyer or directly to the recipient), but we do offer this printable version you can hand deliver for a truly personalized surprise.
