Need a hand? Clasping A Bracelet YourselfUpdated 3 years ago

As anyone who’s ever worn a bracelet knows all too well, trying to clasp them shut with one hand can be a pain. We’ve devised a highly advanced, foolproof method for clasping bracelets shut on your own. All you need is a paperclip! Take a peek at the demonstration image, then follow the directions below for a neat party trick: 

  1. Find a paperclip and pull it open as shown in the image above.
  2. Hold one end of the paperclip in the palm of your hand, then use your other hand to weave the loop end of the bracelet through the other end of the paperclip.
  3. With your bracelet held in place by the paperclip, you can easily wrap it around your wrist and use your free hand to clasp it shut.
